The "FB15A101" is a 13-slot carrier designed for use as a carrier for thin wafers (Backgrinded Wafer) in the later process, utilizing the e-mateX FB-0430 series materials, which have a proven track record as a front-end carrier. Unlike conventional carriers that are machined to create 13 slots, this product offers stable quality through mold production.
